Policies & Procedures for Appointments

Booking an Appointment:
To guarantee your preferred treatment choice and time, it is recommended that you reserve your spa experience at least one week in advance. Of course, last minute appointments are always welcome, depending on availability. All reservations must be secured with a Major Credit Card, Gift Certificate # or Pre-Paid Package Deal. 

Arrival Time:

New Clients: Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for completing new Client Forms, consultation & preperation for your treatment.

Existing Clients: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time for updating any Client Forms & preperation for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

Please respect the Spa’s scheduling by keeping your reserved appointment. We understand that at time you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require a 24 hour notice for individual services and 48 hour notice for package services (2 or more services in one day). Because your services are guaranteed reservations, full payment is required for the following conditions:

  • Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled
  • Less than 24 hour notice for cancelling appointment/s
  • No-show or missed appointment/s
  • Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied. This is to not inconvenience other guests, who have scheduled appointments.
